ABOUT THE COMMUNITY:

An original Palm Springs resort and Hollywood hideaway since 1926, the La Quinta Resort and Club is steeped in history. Frank Capra wrote It Happened One Night, Mr. Smith Goes to Washington and others while staying here. Great Garbo, Clark Gable, Errol Flynn, Joan Crawford and more all made the resort their own escape from Los Angeles.

Now the modern day La Quinta Resort and Club has 796 casitas, suites, villas and vacation homes, 7 restaurants, 9 golf courses, spa, 23 tennis courts, 41 pools, 53 hot spas, children’s pools and activities and more.

As for golf the La Quinta Resort and Club is called the “Western Home of Golf” with 90 championship holes including the Pete Dye designed Dunes and Mountain Courses, PGA West Stadium Course, Jack Nicklaus Tournament Course and the Greg Norman Course.
