ABOUT THE COMMUNITY:
The Santa Rosa Cove sits behind gates consisting of 328 condos along with swimming pools, spas and tennis courts spread throughout the 71 acres. Condos are located on The Dunes Course and Mountain Course as well as non-fairway lots. Santa Rosa Cove is located next to the La Quinta Resort and Club.
Golfers may join the La Quinta Resort’s club for special member privileges or choose to play the public Dunes and Mountain courses both designed by Pete Dye. Residents may also enjoy additional resort privileges such as dinning and spa services.
