It's that time of year again. The holiday season is upon us. As a realtor here in La Quinta I always try to share the events of the season with clients as we search for their new home here in La Quinta. Many people don't know that Frank Capra wrote It's A Wonderful Life while staying at the La Quinta Resort and Spa in his favorite casita.
